How safe and secure is YesZim.com?

Your privacy and security are very important to us. YesZim.com is a very safe and secure website. We will never share your details. We do not store or view your card details as they are captured on a secure server by our card authorisation partner, Paypal

Iam not based in the UK. Can we use YesZim.com in South Africa/Australia/Canada/America etc to purchase goods and services for my family and friends in Zimbabwe?

Yes. You can use our service from anywhere in the world using your credit/debitcard or Paypal account or by bank transfer directly into our account.

Can anyone sign up for a YesZim account?

Yes. Simply click on Create a new account in the login section of our home page at the top left and enter your details.

Does it cost anything to have a YesZim.com account?

No. It is free to create and use a YesZim account.


How do I sign up for a YesZim.com account?

Go onto our website www.yeszim.com OR www.yes-zim.com

Sign yourself up for a customer account by clicking on the red text on the lefthand side of the page which says “Open an Account” beneath the customer login box.

Fill in your details in the fields provided.

We will then send an email to your email address confirming that your account is open. If you can't find it in your inbox also check your spam folder.

How long does it take to sign up?

It is quick and easy to sign up. It only takes a minute or two.

How Do I login to my account?

Login to your account by typing in your email address and password in the fields provided at the top left of the page and click on the button marked"Login".


How do I find the product (s) I am looking for on YesZim.com?

The Store Sections menu which you will see on the left of the page and also inthe centre of the page gives a high level overview of the services we provide.Click on the category that you are interested in and you will be able to viewfurther details, choices and products.

You can also use our “Search” field on the top right of the screen. Simply type in what you are looking for and hit search and you will be taken directlyto a list of items.


Can I Place One Order For Products Or Services From Different Sections of Your Store?

Yes you can order anything from the site on the same order provided that you are not buying for different people.

Can I Place One Order for Delivery to Two or More Different People?

Unfortunately not. You need to place an order for each person you would like to provide YesZim.com’s products and services

What is “Anything YouWant” all about?

We will source anything from SA for you and deliver it to their door in Zim.

In Anything You Want How do I let you know what I would like sourced from South Africa and delivered in Zimbabwe?

Simply click on “Anything You Want” in the store section in the centre of the main page or on the left hand menu and you will be taken to a page where you can complete a form with your contact details and details of the item you require and we will come back to you with a free quote and details of how long delivery will take following an order being placed for delivery to their door in Zimbabwe.

We will advise you of how to pay for the service when we send you the quote as the process is slightly different dependent on which items you require.

Payment by bank deposit is always possible. Payment by credit/debit card is usually possible.


What is your “Courier Service”?

YesZim is very proud if our door to door courier service. We collect the goods from your address anywhere in mainland UK and deliver to their door in Zimbabwe.

How do I place an order for your door to door courier/shipping service from UK to Zimbabwe?

Click on “Courier” in the store section in the centre of the main page or on the left hand menu. You will be taken to our Courier Service Section.

Click on the picture or red text “More info” next to Our UK to Zimbabwe courier service to get to the courier order page.

To place an order for our courier service

1. Always leave the quantity required box as 1. Please note that the price forthe first kilogram includes the one off collection cost of items from mainland UK.
2. Select the weight of your parcel from the drop down menu underneath the text that says “Select Parcel Weight”. You can use bathroom scales or ask your local store or post office to help.
3. When you select the weight of your parcel the price at the top of the screen will update to show you the cost of shipping your items.
4. The cost displayed is all you pay. There are no additional costs added at the point of checkout. Some additional costs may apply if shipping oversized itemsor electronics etc which may have duties charged or if you miss or your recipient are not available to provide or receive the goods. We will advise youof these and will get confirmation from you before we proceed.
5. Provide details of where you would like to collect the item from by completing the form at the bottom of the page
6. Let us know what you are shipping by typing the details into the box beneath the text “What is in the parcel”
7. Add the shipping service to your basket when you have completed this information by clicking the red Text “Add to Basket” at the top of the page.



What Times and days do your Couriers Collect in the UK?

Our couriers in UK collect on weekdays between 9AM and 5 PM.

How long will my shipment from the UK to Zimbabwe take to be delivered?

Our courier service from UK aim to deliver within 6 working days from the day of collection. Our courier collects parcels in the UK the next working day after payment clears. We will keep you informed every step of the way.





What is the Fine Dining Section?

The Fine dining section provides you with the ability to purchase meals at Zimbabwe’s finest restaurants for your friends and loved one’s back home.

How do I order meals atrestaurants?

The process for ordering a meal is simple-

1. Select Fine Dining from the store section on the main page
2. Select which town you would like to purchase meals in
3. Choose a restaurant
4. Prices are per person so change the quantity to the number of people you are purchasing for

What HappensAfter I Place My Order For Fine Dining?

We will send you an initial acknowledgement of your order.

When will the person in Zimbabwe who is receiving the Dinner get their voucher?

When your payment clears we will send the voucher to the recipient

How are bookings made with restaurants?

The recipient contacts the restaurant to make a reservation after receiving their voucher.

Can we make a booking for the same night as our payment clears?

We have selected the country’s finest restaurant and as such we recommend that people book at least three days ahead of the event in order to obtain the booking they require.

How Do Recipients Claim Their Meal?

On the agreed date at the agreed time, the recipient goes to the restaurant,presents the cell phone with the voucher to the restaurateur. The voucher is verified and your friends and loved ones enjoy their meal.

What are the drinks are provided with meals?

For some of our restaurants a set quantity of drinks which are defined as a single shot of local spirits (and mixer), local beer or single glass of local wine


What is the Gifts Section?

The gifts section allows you to buy gifts for your friends and family for alloccasions.

Currently we offer photo printing and framing, Belgian Chocolates and Flowers.

Please also see our pampering section where you can buy your loved ones hair andbeauty treatments and a wide range of beautiful African Earthworks products.


What is Photo Printing andFraming?

Using our photo printing and framing service you can share your memorable moments with your family and friends back home. Your digital photos printed, framed in gorgeous hand crafted frames and delivered to your loved one's door.

How Do I place an Order for Photo Printing and Framing?

Click on “Gifts” in the store section in the centre of the main page or on the left hand menu. You will be taken to our Gifts Section.



Click on Photo framing and printing.


1) Select your Desired Frame and Photograph Size

Simply add the type of frame you would like on your photograph to your basket and proceed to the checkout. On the checkout page complete the delivery address with the address you want the framed photo to go to in Zim.

Complete the payment and after a few minutes you will receive an email with your order number.

2) Send Us your Photograph

Copy your order number into the subject line of an email, attach your photos and send the email to customerservice@yeszim.com.

We will take it from there and keep you informed every step of the way.

How long until myphotograph is delivered?

We will keep you updated and aim to deliver framed photographs within 14 days of payment clearing.

We all remember Cocoa Tree for their delicious Belgian Chocolates and cakes.Now, you can send your family and friends these irresistible chocolate treats.

How Long Beforethey can have their appointment?

The recipient in Zimbabwe contacts the salon to make an appointment and enjoys a wonderful beauty treatment or haircut. Timeframes are dependent on availability.



I have found and added all my products to my basket. How Do I checkout and pay?

Step 1

Once you have added all the products you require to your cart Click the red text "Checkout" on the right hand side of the page in the Shopping Cart section

If you are not logged in you will be asked to login by entering your email address and password at this point.

If you do not have an account, you will be required to create a new account by clicking on the red text “I want to open an account”.

The information you have entered and products in your basket will stay there and be available for checkout once your account is created.

Step 2 Address Details

Once your account is open and you login you will be taken to a summary of your order where you can select your billing address and delivery address.

What is a Billing Address?

Your billing address is the address where your bank statements go to for the debit/credit card you are using. If you are not using a card , your billing address is your home address.

Your billing address defaults to the address you provided when opening your account.

How Do I Change My BillingAddress?

You can select a different address by clicking Edit Addresses in the top left side of the screen and adding a new address. This address will then be available for you to select as your billing address.




What is the Delivery Address?

Your delivery address is the address of the person receiving the goods and services in Zimbabwe.

Do I have to type addresses out every time I order?

No you can select an address you have previously used by clicking on the red text “Select Address”.

How Do I Change The DeliveryAddress?

Enter a new address using the form at the bottom of the page

Click on “Select Address” or “Use this new Address” to go to the nextstep, Step 3.

Step 3 Payment Details

In the checkout process step 3 shows you a summary of your order and asks you to select your payment options.

How can I Pay?

You will see three ways to pay.

Select Paypal/Credit Card/Debit Card to pay using your Debit/Credit card or yourPaypal account.

Select Bank deposit if you would like to transfer funds directly into our bank account.

After you have selected the manner in which you would like to pay and click the button marked “Continue to Next Step”

Can I review/change details once I have typed them in?

Yes in the next step-ordering step 4.

Ordering Step 4- Confirmation of Order Details and Recipient Contact Details:


Step 4 in the checkout process allows you to review and amend your order details.

1) Review your information and correct any errors

This screen shows you the products you have selected, your billing address,delivery address and payment option chosen.

You are able to review the information you have entered and correct any address errors. Change any of the addresses by clicking on the orange text “ChangeDetails” beneath each of the addresses which will take you to a form where you can amend existing details or enter an entirely new address.

You can also change your method of payment for example from bank deposit to payment by debit/credit card by clicking on the orange text “Payment Details”.



Where do I provide the recipient in Zimbabwe’s telephone number and email address?

In ordering step 4 of the checkout process you provide the details of the person in Zimbabwe who is receiving the goods.

It is vital that the email address and telephone number are accurate as these will be used to contact the person in Zimbabwe and also to send their voucher details.

Please ensure that the telephone number is entered in full including the international dialing code. For example 00263912123456.

You will be required to review our terms and conditions and agree to them by clicking on the box next to “I Agree to the Terms and Conditions”

What’sthe process for paying by Paypal/Debit/Credit Card?

If paying by Paypal/Debit/Credit Card you will be transferred to Paypal’s website to process your payment. Please follow the instructions on screen carefully.


What’s the process for paying/transferring funds into our account/What are your Bankdetails?

If you are paying by bank deposit/transfer please make a note of our bank account details. They are as follows and visible in the Payment Details section of order confirmation.

You MUST use your order number as the payment reference on the bank deposit slip. Your order number will be emailed to you when you click submit order atthe bottom of the page

Once payment has cleared we will send you a final order confirmation.


How does the recipient prove their identity claim the product or service in Zimbabwe from the supplier or courier?

YesZim use their unique voucher system to deliver the goods and services you order to your chosen recipient in Zimbabwe.

When your payment has cleared we send an SMS with a unique voucher number to the recipient in Zim and our supplier or courier. The voucher is like a receipt and the person collecting the order or receiving the delivery from the courier willneed to quote the voucher number to receive the order. Once the supplier has confirmed the voucher and recipient details they release the order.

Vouchers are for a specific product and person and may not be transferred. Each voucher is for a single use.

How will I know how my order is progressing and when it has been delivered/provided?

We will keep you informed at every step of the way. You can check your order progress by logging onto your account or by calling customer services. We will email you and let you know when the goods are shipped and let you know once they are delivered

Our couriers in Zimbabwe deliver on weekdays between 8 AM and 5 PM.
