YesZim use their unique voucher system to deliver the goods and services you order to your chosen recipient in Zimbabwe.

When your payment has cleared we send an SMS with a unique voucher number to the recipient in Zim and our supplier or courier. The voucher is like a receipt and the person collecting the order or receiving the delivery from the courier will need to quote the voucher number to receive the order. Once the supplier has confirmed the voucher and recipient details they release the order.

Vouchers are for a specific product and person and may not be transferred. Each voucher is for a single use.

We will keep you informed at every step of the way. You can check your order progress by logging onto your account or by calling customer services. We will email you and let you know when the goods are shipped and let you know once they are delivered

Our couriers in Zimbabwe deliver on weekdays between 8 AM and 5 PM.
Our couriers in UK collect on weekdays between 9AM and 5 PM.

We aim to deliver goods in Harare within 2-5 working days and outside Harare within 3-5 working days of your payment clearing.

We aim to deliver Groceries within 5 working days of your payment clearing.

Our courier service from UK aim to deliver within 6 working days from the day of collection. Our courier collects parcels in the UK the next working day after payment clears. We will keep you informed every step of the way.

During business hours you can chat live on the site with us by clicking the live chat button on the bottom left of the screen which opens a chat window. From this window you can type your questions and receive answers straight away from customer services while you browse the site. This is free to use from anywhere in the world. Be patient if you are not using broadband as it may take a short while to send and receive messages.
